Oversee efforts relating to the development of a statewide community development financial institution and conduct research and analysis on issues and programs critical to the organization.   
Since facilitating its incorporation in 2010, I have helped the CDFI to:
o  Develop its initial pipeline of loans through conversations with community stakeholders, potential borrowers, and partner lenders.
o  Recruit its initial board, with representation from for-profit developers, community partners as the community-based economic development practitioner trade association, funders such as IHCDA, and lenders such as Fifth Third Bank and Lake City Bank.
