I earned a MBA from the University Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, and a post-graduation certificate in higher education evaluation. Regarding my experience, for more than 12 years I analyzed training needs and managed the delivery of the training for companies such as HSBC, Volvo do Brasil, Renault do Brasil, Enabler/Wipro, Petrobrás, Robert Bosh, Siemens, Weg, Bunge Alimentos, Blount Industrial, among others.
