I have my MD degree in Buenos Aires University at 1984. Then I have Internal Medicine and Critical care specialties at Hospital Dr. Cosme Argerich, Buenos Aires in 1990. After that in 1997 I have founded the Biomedical Informatics Group at my hospital and worked in that area since early 90´s. From 2000 - 2004 I was in charge of the Informatics Area at my hospital. In 2004 I went to work at Health Ministry Informatics Direction and Epidemiology Department in Buenos Aires Government. In 2011 I have completed the Certification in Health Informatics at the Texas University at Hosuton and came back to work in medical informatics.
