My personal objective is to generate value to the customer鈥檚 business. It is not sufficient, that new services and solutions are rolled-out. They must generate value to the stakeholders and users using the services and solutions.
The ICT services need to generate positive experiences and they need to enable and push the customers to develop their own services and processes even further. The value is not generated only in a positive and successful transformation. Processes and especially hidden processes must support the users from the job satisfaction perspective and the business from the productivity point of view.
