I am currently working toward building a balanced academic career as an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at Clemson University, specializing in Sports Communication. I am active in teaching, research, and service. My teaching experiences are broad and include courses in sports communication, communication theory, computer-mediated communication, conflict resolution, research methods, and public speaking (among others). My published research focuses on sport communication and computer-mediated communication (CMC).
