CRH’s wholly-owned real estate portfolio includes multiple commercial properties in the San Francisco and Sacramento markets (600,000+ sq. ft.). The cornerstone of the portfolio is the Merchants Exchange building at California and Montgomery Streets in heart of the financial district of San Francisco. While running the operations and project management for a family office, my duties are varied and complex.
