When I was little, I loved sitting on my grandfather's lap as he told me stories of when he was younger. I listened to intently. He captured my attention.
Now that I am all grown up, I have been inspired by my grandfather to be a storyteller. A storyteller of brands, that is. I believe that every company has a story. As a marketing communications professional, my job is to help brands tell their story in a powerful, compelling way.
Good stories have a hero, a conflict, and a solution. Brands are the same way, as their services help businesses and customers happier, easier, and better. At the end of the day, it's those human-to-human connections businesses develop with their customers
