I have been a pioneer and organiser all my life. My strength is to create, build an organisation or company from scratch. I am very at bridging and pooling all the resource available to grow the organisation as well as providing strategic direction. I am use to lean startup and has been able to create huge impact from low budget and little resource. I am good at motivating colleagues and cultivate team spirit. I have work as a social activist, journalist, editor and founding CEO for 2 companies that consider pioneer in its field i.e. Internet TV and E-Commerce and Startup ecosystem.
