At 35 Kaja has supported and inspired people to achieve more with their life for more than a decade. Being a life coach, idea giver and vision implementer she is passionate for people and their visions.
Kaja has worked with hundreds of young high potentials, businesspeople and private customers by inspiring them and opening new perspectives for their lives and careers through her speaking, teaching, and consulting.
Kaja holds a diploma in Educational Science from Bielefeld University and has also studied at UPenn, Philadelphia, USA. She is a certified NLP Master, Wingwave Coach, Work Health Balance Coach and Mental Coach. Today she lives in Hamburg
