I have 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance starting from design phase to testing Phase. I have been testing all the work products of each phase like functional specification, design reviews and product testing which involves bug reporting and tracking bugs as well. Plus I have been writing test strategy, test plan, test cases, user manuals and known issues documents.
