Rachel Kanarowski is the founder at Year of Living Better®, a consultancy focused on reducing the financial risk associated with workforce burnout.
Year of Living Better® delivers evidence-based burnout relief training to workforces, while leveraging those events as listening opportunities to shape organization-level change.
Rachel is also a UCLA-trained mindfulness facilitator with the Mindful Awareness Research Center, a division of UCLA Health housed within the Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She is the Mindfulness Education Lead for the Chicago Department of Public Health.
