Karin Tracy has worked in the design industry since her graduation with a BFA, Summa Cum Laude, in Graphic Design in 1998. From 2002-2013, Karin was the President (and founder) of little b design, a Baltimore-based graphic and web design firm. little b was acquired by Confluence Corporation on February 1, 2012 and Karin was hired as VP, Creative Services.
