Through my own growth, I can positively change the world. I am a mentor for women and men who wish to fulfill their dreams and take control of their health. I am a P90X certified trainer, and believe the best gift you can give your kids is to be a healthy parent, and teach them how to be healthy as well! Feel free to contact me.
