Kasule Ronald Kirumira is a Commonwealth fellow based in Kampala – Uganda. He has been working for over eleven years as an advocate, community educator and a research consultant with a focus on Disability Rights, education, and inclusive Development. He holds a Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation from Kyambogo University, Uganda; a Bachelor’s degree in Adult and Community Education from Makerere University, Uganda; and a Master’s of Arts in Educational Planning, Economics, and International Development from the now UCL Institute of Education – University of London, United Kingdom.
