I'm a small business consultant with over 12 years experience in helping business owners improve their marketing results and overall operations to overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.
I authored a business column in a trade journal called MA Success for three years and over the last 13 years have written over 100 "How to" articles. I also teach seminars on assertiveness, communication skills, verbal defense, and conflict resolution to adults and kids-for fun.
