My name is Kathryn (Kat) Varnes and I'm a seasoned project manager.
I've held different roles in my career - clinical data manager, healthcare business analyst, process engineer, program manager, and most recently, senior project manager. I have worked on and managed complex and multi-disciplinary projects.
