The year 2011 has been a year of personal achievements. Combining my learning’s from my MBA into 'Operational' / 'Strategy' / 'Sales Force effectiveness' within my organisation has really helped me augment the efficiency of my team in their assigned portfolio of accounts in the region. Applying new 'approaches' has helped me deliver in 2011 a significant higher contribution to the revenue of the organisation. In the current year as my MBA reaches completion, I look forward to newer and more challenging environments where I can augment my learning’s and collaborate to 'maximise' results and continued development of an effective Sales force environment.
