I am an engineering passed out in the midst of the Global Financial crisis [2009]. After spending sometime in the rat race for software jobs [Did certifications in C, C++, Oracle, .net, Java, ERP [ SAP - ABAP]] I pulled myself out and Joined Sutherland Global Services as a technical support executive for supporting Microsoft [probably this single word pulled me towards the job] Windows products. I put myself completely into a new territory. Took it as a challenge, I put all my efforts and it paid off with promotion and that too within the year of joining. It helped me to realize what I am capable off and how flexible I could be.
