Taking all I’ve learned in the past 13 years as a user experience design consultant - I’ve shifted my focus to teaching small and mid-sized businesses how to deliver premium products and services into the world in a way that knock the socks off of their customers. I believe providing magical and memorable experiences is not only for large corporations. In fact I feel my greatest gift to the world is to help small companies enrich the lives of their customers in such a way they build an insanely loyal following and the success they’re looking for.
