Essential Functions of this Position:
• Meet the demand for new and relevant programs, addressing local business needs, recognizing and responding to rapid technological advancements and understanding the need for program agility.
• Provide leadership in developing and implementing educational programs that respond to the changing workforce environment through research, assessment and planning.
• Research and develop proposals and grants as alternative funding streams such as state and federally funded workforce training programs.
• Serve as liaison with the Division of Academic Affairs in developing and coordinating credit and non-credit programs.
