As a senior health manager, I have had extensive experience in the planning and implementation of change for the improvement of clinical governance, evidence based practice, patient outcomes and community partnerships. Having worked across the healthcare continuum in a variety of clinical and managerial roles, I have a passion for developing and implementing integrated systems and processes that provide optimal clinical and fiscal outcomes. I am a true analytical and systems thinker able to work from within a culture to implement change through application of excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills to meet the needs of the organisation and the community.
