I am an enthusiastic and experienced e-Learning project manager and designer who also performs the role as lead for e-Learning. I have a passion for harnessing learning technology to connect employees with the business needs of their organisation in an engaging and humane way. I also fulfil the role of learning technologist, liaising with departments and managers within the Trust to advise around the adoption of new learning technologies. In support of this role I have written my organisation's Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Strategy.
