I’m ‘Khaled ALRIFAI’ an information technology engineer, I studied IT at Damascus university, artificial intelligence department, then started studying master at HIAST entitled "Information and Decision Support Systems" which combines management sciences, mathematics and information technology.
I have wide knowledge about AI and how to apply its concepts in firms, in addition I have good background about management sciences such as marketing, sales, finance, accounting, HR, manufacturing and the concepts which serve these sciences such as BI, ERP, CRM, SCM, MRP, BPM, E-Commerce, E-Business and others.
