Katharina Hölzle holds the chair for Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Potsdam, Potsdam, Germany. She is Editor-in-Chief for the Journal Creativity and Innovation Management. Prior to joining the University of Potsdam, she held the Deutsche Telekom chair for leadership and organization of innovation at the Technische Universitaet Berlin (Assistent professorship). She has worked five years in several positions in the semiconductor, strategic management consulting, and eBusiness industry before returning to university.
