Kim founded The Team Zodwa Project in 2005 while working as a Paramedic for the City of Johannesburg Fire Dept. in the inner city slums and informal settlements. She grew despondent watching so many children die of starvation and malnutrition and knew she had to make a bigger difference in the lives of these desperate and helpless children. Kim uses her organization Team Zodwa as a vehicle to raise funds, awareness and to assist in the development of sustainable community projects and is a Social Enterprise Warrior and Change Agent.
