About
I have over 5 years of experience in managing real estate development projects. These include the installation of housing infrastructure and the construction of commercial and domestic buildings. My greatest assets on these jobs are my training in engineering surveying, land management and environmental conservation.
Currently, I develop construction bid proposals for contractors and prepare tender documents for the procurement of goods and services. I also market real estate and prepare maps showing properties, infrastructure and demography.
Some skills that assist me along the way are the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
