My most recent accomplishment was designing iOS and Android mobile app for CRM startup, Insightly. The app is used by millions of customers worldwide, and its interface has made Insightly one of the most compelling CRMs in the world. Besides driving all stages of user centered design (UCD) process, I personally interviewed hundreds of costumers and potential clients as well as monitored all support tickers to ensure we were building the app our customers loved.
