Research areas include:
1) College students perceptions with online content and flipped classrooms
2) OER, mobile learning, and social media networks to support adult learning in Africa
3) Net Promoter Scores (NPS) as a measure of learner satisfaction in MOOCs
4) Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework related to MOOCs
