I first became a REALTOR® in 2001, I've seen the market at its Highs and its Lows. In an up market, things move fast and the style of business is aggressive, people are less critical and often think it sure looks easy. In a down market you actually learn the business of real estate. Mastering how to monitor and study statistics to really educate yourself and your clients. Then getting back to basics, how to earn new clients as well as hold on to old ones. Most important though is the focus you find on your core values for your business. Of course, both types of market have taught me many lessons and given me enormous amounts of experience to share.
