I provide guidance on CRM and overall process excellence in a SaaS, PaaS and DaaS based environments.
Some of the customers I've worked with include American Express, Delta Airlines, Citrix Systems, Siemens and many others. I currently manage a portfolio of accounts with an Annual Contract Value in excess of $20M.
