I've been in organizational learning since I was a high school student, when I worked at a local pharmacy and trained the staff to use that “new-fangled computer system.” It took another decade to figure out that training was career choice. I’ve been helping organizations to improve their performance through learning ever since. My undergraduate work began in engineering and ended in education. After teaching high school in Queens, NYC, I went to work for Data Transmission Network (DTN), beginning as a clerk and finishing as Director of Corporate Learning.
