I am a business owner, business improvement and management consultant, and trader/investor. My company, Excelleration, Inc., helps businesses improve by following the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. I recently sold another company that I built from scratch, Online Trading Academy Colorado. The Academy helped 1200 people learn proper trading and investing methods using stock, futures, forex, and options during the four years I owned it. I also served in middle and upper management for many years in Chicago and in California.
