Dr. Votis Konstantinos is a senior researcher at CERTH/ITI. He received a Ph.D.
degree in computer science from Computer Engineering and Informatics department,
University of Patras, Greece. He has been working in the field of Service oriented architecture and semantic Web, Human Computer Interaction, Virtual Physiological Human and eHealth, and was also participating in European standardization initiatives and working groups
concerning W3C accessibility evaluation. Since 2001, he has been involved in several
R&D projects related to the eHealth domain, eInclusion as well as in the accessible
