Initially, started working on the References Mobilization campaign across all the sectors; during that period parallely worked with most of the Knowledge Managers across the Sectors helping them with the trivial Knowledge management activities.
Recently, I have taken up the new role supporting the Netherlands Knowledge Services, where I will be more tuned to the request support process by stressing on some of the crucial Knowledge Management activitites like Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Distribution, Knowledge Content Maintenance, Communication and relationship management. This is more research oriented which invloves requests from both sales and Delivery.
