As an educator, I get to do more than a job. Teaching is a profession with the privilege of being a part of people's lives in lasting ways. It's an opportunity to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. I do this by approaching each issue with individuals in mind and choose strategies that support the needs of the learners. If this means redesigning activities in seconds, that's what I do.
