Started early in career as a researcher, writer and editor and had works published both in print as well as web, in various genres, mainly Islamic genre, IT and mobile lifestyle. Had also worked as a product sourcer and led the fulfillment team in a direct mailer business. Career started in PETRONAS as a web editor/writer/webmaster, where various websites were created and managed. Also held the position of Editor in PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad's (PDB) in-house newsletter.  Was then assigned as acting Head of IT Governance where audit issues were resolved, a policy was created and a COBIT framework was formulated for PDB.
