Coming from the background of UX and Service Design, with hybrid interest in both design and science, Veron has established herself a strategist in the healthcare experience design agency based in London.
Throughout her years as a strategic partner for several leading global pharmaceutical companies. At the core of the solutions she creates is design that embodies user centricity and humanizes technology.
Outside of work, Veron is a Visiting Lecturer for MDes Service Design at University of the Arts London. She also took part in the European Health Future Forum on a project to redesign the healthcare system at the European Union level.
