I am married to the best person I know. He is the reason my world is as wonderful as it is, and I am thankful every day that he found me. We have two fabulous little girls who just turned 4 and 6 years-old who take up most of my free time. When I am not with them I am either at the gym or school.
After warning my husband that his gym rat mentality would not be tolerated, I have... become a gym rat. I love my work outs, but more than that I love teaching fitness.
