I'm Leon Bacud, a technical designer in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. As a web designer, I am fluent in most dialects of HTML and CSS, with a particular focus on accessibility for visual and hearing impaired, using Section 508 standards. I have a working knowledge in Adobe applications along with their alternatives such as GIMP and Microsoft Expression Web.
As a drafter, I have a working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and 3ds Max
