Undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering at UERJ/IPRJ (9th period). At this university I have attended as Director of Human Resources team that restructured the company SERRA JR ENGENHARIA, and now I'm part of the Advisory Board of this junior company. In 2014 I participated the Global Management Challenge (GMC), which is a management simulator competition involving 30 countries and has existed since 1980. In my first participation in this event I was among the 12 best placed in the country.
