Generally, being involved in the planning and managing of European Projects funded by European funds for over 15 years as well as regularly being engaged as expert on behalf of consortia or on behalf of the European Commission on evaluating and reviewing funded projects, has allowed me to build a unique experience in the area of project management of european funded projects. Also, I have been involved in financial audits of 10 projects run by EC auditors and I am fully aware of the pre- and post- actions for ensuring a painless audit.
