Improving patient outcomes and engagement, managing an aging population with chronic conditions and reducing healthcare costs requires a blend of technology and real estate based solutions. To date, only large integrated healthcare systems have the economies of scale and financial muscle to operate in this arena.
New, cost effective highly scalable technologies will enable small and medium sized practices to participate in the delivery of coordinated care, while capitalizing on the inherent agility of smaller organizations. These new technologies will vastly increase the choices for health care consumers and providers.
