Jeffrey has over a decade of experience in Emergency Management, spanning private and government sectors. He coordinates and directs all-hazards preparedness efforts to build core capabilities by planning, exercising, and training for natural disasters, technological accidents, terrorist attacks, and other major events impacting Federal, State, tribal, territorial, local or voluntary organizations.
His project management, course instruction, and speaking engagements comprise emergency response, incident management, exercise preparedness and methodology, Crisis Communications, JIC/JIS operations, emerging Web technologies, Google Apps, and social trends in emergency management.
