I have a BA in Office Administration at National University of Costa Rica, I have also completed 5 modules of CISCO CCNA at Latin University of Costa Rica. I have more than 7 years of experience working in Administration. I have worked in different areas such as: customer services, administrative assistant, responsible for human resources and coordinator. Also, I have worked in quality regulations, payroll processing and administrative support. I am currently preparing for CISCO certification in CCNA.
