I was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I received double B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from National Taiwan University in 2008, and received Ph.D. degree in Communication Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2012. Since May 2012, I have been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, Academia Sinica, Taiwan.
