I am a doctorate candidate at the Business Communication department of Aarhus University in Denmark, focused on research into organizational identity and passionately interested in post-doctorate research and identity consultancy. My research project is about the communicative construction of organizational identity orientation, i.e., how organizations communicatively interact with and relate to their stakeholders and how organizations' identities are constituted in these relationships.
