I am a doctoral candidate currently working on a book on digital methods for journalism studies. I am also a researcher at the Digital Methods Initiative at the University of Amsterdam, research associate at the médialab at Sciences Po, research fellow at the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University and guest lecturer at King’s College London. Previously I led data journalism activities at the European Journalism Centre, where I founded and coordinated projects such as: The Data Journalism Handbook, DataDrivenJournalism.net, The School of Data Journalism, and the Doing Journalism with Data MOOC.
