A young paramedic named William Mont锚, while tending to a street call, falls into a trap and is attacked by a gigantic man endowed with uncanny strength, who almost beats him to death.
Back to the cradle of his nightmares, William is chased by a mysterious man and, after he faces his stalker, he is confronted with much more than he had bargained for. The stranger identifies himself as Werkhauser, an agent from a paramilitary organization named Special Combat Unit (SCU). He mentions to William that there is an ongoing war waged in the shadows between the members of his unit and some other people endowed with special powers that integrate the Imitatores sect.
