Pearson College is 200 students from 130 countries and greater than 20% of whom come from regions of conflict. Two-year, full scholarship International Baccalaureate program. Founded in 1974 in honour of Canada's only Nobel Peace Prize winner. Located on Canada's Pacific coast.

Over the past 3 years the Board has made signficant changes to deal with funding challenges - merging Foundation and Governance Boards, changing our scholarship policy, hiring three senior leaders and implementing several HR best practices.
