After starting out in corporate and entertainment law, I earned my MBA and moved into healthcare where I garnered 15 years of experience in executive and project management across the US, Australia and New Zealand.
In the US, I spearheaded the launch of a major international education programme that became mandated by the American Board of Surgery. That work ultimately brought me to New Zealand where I became CEO of the Manukau Health Trust, providing innovative healthcare by utilising excess public facilities to deliver private healthcare.
